COMMUNICATION WITH INVESTORS

Taking care of our investors is a key priority in our business and communication will be the corner stone to this relationship. Investors should always know where their money is and how it is performing. Clear, transparent communication will be available for investors any time they need it. Investors will be provided monthly email updates and quarterly conference calls. The information will contain a profit and loss statement, property budget, a variance report on any budget items that have a 10% variance and an Executive Summary. The Executive Summary will contain operations report, management progress report, any projects that have been completed, are currently in progress or are up and coming and other pertinent information.

Distributions to Equity Investors will be quarterly. Distributions to Debt Investors will be at the time of refinance or sale.

Rob has an immense amount of experience across commercial, residential and the investing industry.

After graduating from the United States Naval Academy in Engineering & Mathematics, Rob entered Commercial Real Estate sales where he excelled and became a nationally recognized producer for Coldwell Banker in Seattle.

Following a miraculous recovery from cancer, Rob moved back home to Arizona where he transitioned to residential sales and again proving to be an overachiever with Realty Executives.

His real estate career continued to evolve focusing more on building real estate businesses as a broker and regional owner and contributing significantly to the growth of Keller Williams as well as the recent expansion of eXp Realty.

Rob owns investment properties throughout the world investing in a broad variety and mix of properties. He brings significant expertise and impact on the team with a keen ability to identify timely opportunities.

Rick has been an Entrepreneur and purchasing Real Estate since 1986. He has owned and operated a multitude of real estate ventures and businesses alike. He has bought, built and sold businesses and properties ranging from land and multi-family projects both domestically and internationally.

While Rick has specialized primarily in acquisitions and holding properties for immediate value streams and long term wealth accumulation. His vast knowledge of all the fundamental forms of core business models with emphasis on strategic wealth creation is a testimony of his success.

Primarily placing an emphasis on the Western United States, Rick has purchased, mentored and consulted other entrepreneurs and investors across the country as well as internationally.

He leads as an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor. He has been through several business cycles and aspects of business marketing and investment. His focus on long term wealth creation has created sustainability for himself as well as others.

A native Texas, Mr. Nerren was born and raised in Dallas and still lives there today. A 1976 graduate of the University of Texas in Austin and a graduate from SMU in Dallas, Boone entered the real estate industry in the early '80s. He's the founder of AMZ Equity Partners and the private investment fund, Realty Investment Opportunities. The fund's strategy was to use the annual contributions of its members to buy and hold real estate for cash flow and capital appreciation. RIO, LLC grew quickly, tripling in size and membership within 2 years. A second investment fund, RIO II, was formed in 2007 to accommodate additional interest in the group’s real estate and private investing efforts.

Mr. Nerren has a vast amount of experience in all life cycle aspects within multifamily investing and successfully generates double-digit returns for the projects for his investors.

David C. Lindahl, the founder of The Lindahl Group, has served as the Chief Executive Officer and President since its inception. Mr. Lindahl entered the Commercial Real Estate business in 1996. Over the last 21 years, David has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry. He has been involved in real estate investments including development and management of multi-family, office buildings, retail space and self storage facilities, and land holdings in many different areas of the United States. Mr. Lindahl and his partners have owned and/or operated in excess of 34 commercial properties located across the United States.

Mr. Lindahl graduated from Harvard Business School O.P.M. 2012 and Northeastern University B.B.A.1986.
